Mini Celestial paintings

A small collection inspired by celestial skies, stars & mermaids...
 
I love making these mini works of art. I try to create them by just allowing myself to play and have fun with imagery and ideas. Images naturally begin to form from the inky watercolours flowing across the paper and then I have fun picking out details to form a subject. Each one is different from the next and one of a kind.

Original mixed media artwork on watercolour paper, presented in a beautiful copper coloured vintage style glass frame with coloured velvet ribbon to hang.
I have dated and signed each piece on the back.

Frames are vintage style, each has a naturally antique look, so colours and textures vary from piece to piece.
