I am now back to posting a few days per week. Your order will be posted within three working days, via Royal Mail 1st class or Standard International.
There may still be delays in the postal services in some areas, so please allow a little longer if you need by a certain date.

Please note that shipping to more remote locations can take up to 21 days depending on your postal service and any additional charges that may be incurred for customs clearance must be borne by you.
If you specifically need your item(s) for a certain date please let me know and I will endevour to prioritise it.
Please remember to allow extra time during bank holidays and Christmas time.

If for any reason you should be dissatisfied with your purchase, I am here to help, please get in touch and let me
know as soon as possible.
I hand package all items myself, so I do everything I can to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition with lots of notes for the posty to be extra careful! I do however have no control over how the postal service handles items once they leave my hands, so please let me know if you have any issues and I will do my best to replace any items if they arrive in less than perfect condition. I do not issue refunds unless items are faulty but exchanges are welcome within 21 days with proof of purchase. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
In the unlikely event that any item you have ordered or purchased from my Polperro shop is faulty please contact me within 21 days of purchase to arrange returning for a replacement or refund.
At the start of this year I have begun to phase out the use of cello sleeves in my card packaging for online orders. They will now be sent to you wrapped in acid free tissue paper that you can recycle.
Prints will continue to be packaged in a cello sleeve for maximum protection but will eventually be replaced with more eco-plastic alternatives, hopefully by the end of this year.
I post all my small prints flat, packed in a cellophane sleeve in a hard backed envelope. Larger prints will be rolled and sent in a postage tube to prevent creasing.
I endeavour to only use reused bubble wrap, foam and any plastic I have already received in packaging myself.
I am not taking on commissioned work at the moment, but I may be able to help you if you have a project in mind that involves using work I have previously created.
