This piece is inspired by the character Aughra, from one of my favourite films & series; The Dark Crystal. I wanted to show our hope as something delicate, but powerfully illuminating, like the glowing moth.
Printed on beautiful 190gsm Bockingford Watercolour paper using pigment inks, to ensure all the details and colour of the original watercolour illustration are retained.
-A4 with border: The image itself measures approximately 8 x 11 inches with a small white border and my signature in the bottom right corner.
